Under preassure

I was snowboarding at my friends house and there was a jump that he wanted me to take, it led to a shed which you had to jump over and I got scared so last second I lost all my speed and hit the shed with my ribs first. I haunt got an X-ray done even tho this was a year ago. after working out for a year I notice a big hole on my right abs and I'm almost certain that this was the crash

Oh, sweet irony

So the other day I was at school, and my friend took my hat and ran (as usual), so I ran after him, and tried tripping him. The result? I tripped myself, fractured both bones in my lower wrist, and got a nice big shot in my bum. Great day, huh?

AHH my femur!

Ok...so about a year ago I was playing hide and seek. I was 11. I climbed up 39 feet in a tree. BAM! snap. UH OH i had fell and snapped my femur. Hardest bone to break in a body. I almost fell on a rod iron fence almost died! Then i tried to get up. not a good idea. then someone heard me scream and the person called 911 and the only thing keeping my bone inside my leg was my skinny jeans. then 5 minutes later the ambulance came. they straightened my leg and i was sitting in a hospital bed 2 weeks in traction, then I had surgery to put 14 inch medal rods from my knee up to my hip. 4 days later i left hospital. They were surprised i didn't die. 1 year before walking. then on 1-5-11 I had another surgery to get out the rods. Didn't walk 1 month. And no school now im doing good and have a leg checkup every month. Thank you for reading this. Remember be careful . IM only 12 so it hurt a lot

Stupid Knee

One day when I was warming up for a softball game, I threw the softball to my friend and my kneecap dislocated when I took the first step. I started falling and I don't really remember hitting the ground but I remember me opening my eyes and I was laying on my left arm. I rolled onto my side and my team mates rushed to help me. When I finally could sit up, my arm was shaking uncontrollably and my knee really was hurting. My dad and my coach helped me into the dugout. I had ice on my arm and my knee until my parents took me to see a nurse who happened to be at the game. She said to get an X-ray on my arm if it was still sore on Monday. And it was. But my parents didn't take me anyway. Ten days later my dad finally convinced my mom, who works in the children's ER, to get me an X-ray. When we got it, the doctor told that my radius (lower arm) was bent and fractured. I got a splint, then a week later I got a cast. My knee caused all of this stupid pain. My kneecap has dislocated 12 times.

Wheel wells

Sitting in a small 2 door car with my foot on the internal wheel well as a passenger my front corner of the car was hit head on by a drunk. The impact and crumple shattered 5 inches of my femur, broke it off the ball joint in my hip and cracked my kneecap. I also broke my tailbone and split open my scalp but my hard head didn't crack, thankfully. I also broke a few toes. I ended up with a metal rod and a pin in place of the femur and 3 screws in my hip and 2 screws in my knee. It took me a year to walk again without assistance. Lesson learned, don't put your foot on the wheel well! Even when cars crumple properly, 2 door cars are so small they crumple right into you. It took an hour to get me out of the car and that was the LAST time I have been in a 2 door car.
