Ginger ale
- I keep a bottle of ginger ale in the fridge at all times. It is an old remedy that my mom used on me as a child and it works.

flat soda
- flat soda is only recommended when feeling nauseous because it has sugar in it. it's so you don't get weak when not eating due to feeling sick. it's not really stopping the nausea. peppermint tea can be good for settling a stomach though!

Rolaids, tums and gravol
- I've been suffering with nausea for a few years now and after a battery of tests, still don't know the cause, and it's worse upon waking. I tale a gravol when I wake up, and that helps. If nausea strikes through the day rolaids and tums help.

Avoid Fizzy drinks
- Try to eat a lot of fruits like banana, apples, strawberries, peaches and you can make your own smoothie by blending for example BANANA, NATURAL HONEY AND NATURAL YOGURT. After eating wait for food to digest before you lay down, when making tomato soup you can have it with carrots, green pepper, chopped potatoes, and some chicken, and some natural herb spices and when its cooked have it with some baguette and butter.wait for the food to digest and drink a nice glass of cold water. Dont eat products with too much sugar and salt, fat. avoid too much frying, grilling better than frying, always natural olive oil, and make sure you kitchen and surrounding smells nice, you can buy some incense, Exercise, Play tennis be active, Go to the Gym Eat well!

stress and hangover remedies
- I found that crystalized ginger helps me. Another thing that helps is a little bit of 7up and maybe a cracker or two just not too much at a time or you will be praying to the porcelain god. Cool air and lying down help then when you feel like it sip a little more liquids. Tonic water with bitters works well too. Just remember nothing to sweet. This is what I do because I have been under alot of stress from dealing with my crazy mother. Changing my telephone number was a really good solution and is helping somewhat.Basicly get rid of what ever stesses you and get to feeling better. Now if it is not stress related and just a hangover then tomatoe juice or bitters and tonic water. Believe me I was a bartender at a new wave club in the early 80's. sometimes a hairy dog and something to eat but not too much. I would avoid dairy products while feeling this way. This is just my experience. I hope you get to feeling better. P.S sometimes a peice of friut is good to have as well. peace out.
