Candied Ginger or Ginger Tea
- A friend introduced me to candied ginger, which is pleasing to eat. I also drink ginger tea from Traditional Medicinals. Both also work very well if your stomach is upset or you have heartburn. Ginger is proven to aid in digestion.

ACCUPRESSURE
- I have had ulcers for years before my nausea and vomiting found a diagnosis. A great pressure point for immediate relief of extreme nausea or motion sickness is located on the inside and outside of either wrist. Apply heavy pressure with your finger tips until symptoms cease. Pressure points are right and the base of hand, in the middle of wrists below the front and back of hand

Nausea
- Nausea could be helped sometimes with just drinking more good water. As your body repairs at night it releases toxins out of the cells and needs to be cleared out with water. Morning sickness, morning hangover, could there be a connection? When you first get up drink some water! No fluoride or chlorine in the water. Beter to prevent nausea then to deal with it when get nausea. If you juice, try juicing a pealed lemon, an apple with an inch of fresh ginger root every morning. Peppermint tea does seem to help. It could also be from low levels of magnesium. Try taking some CALM an magnesium drink. If you are really low I would look into some oil of magnesium and use it transdermally. Sometimes sickness can cause nausea, so build your immune system up. A head injury can cause nasea, seek a doctor immediately.

Ginger ale
- I keep a bottle of ginger ale in the fridge at all times. It is an old remedy that my mom used on me as a child and it works.

flat soda
- flat soda is only recommended when feeling nauseous because it has sugar in it. it's so you don't get weak when not eating due to feeling sick. it's not really stopping the nausea. peppermint tea can be good for settling a stomach though!

Marijuana
- Marijuana helps me like a miracle has taken place when I am affected by nausea. I live in a medical marijuana friendly state> I also use Marinol a synthetic form of Marijuana in a pill that also helps a great deal.
