Why I think it's a spider bite

What happened
I was hanging out clothes on the porch after I had cleaned out a small cabinet. I felt a bite, tore off my shirt and ran off the porch. I thought it was a bee sting until the blister appeared. I never saw anything fly off. Now I wonder if it was a spider from the closet.
Advice
- I read online that even if it was a brown recluse, there is not much they can do. If necrosis sets in, then see the doctor.
