Why I think it's a spider bite
Three spots, feeling of numbness in arm, blister, infected. Possible white-tail spider bite, according to the doc.
What happened
I woke up in morning with it. I thought it was a mosquito bite, then started to get pain in arm. I went to the doc about 2 days later when the swelling happened and ended up in the hospital with severe pain in my arm.

Rod Brouhard, First Aid Guide, says:
Besides the possibility of spider bites, there are several types of skin infections that can lead to lesions. Some, like MRSA, can become quite significant and require intensive treatment.
Even if the wound was originally caused by a spider bite, a skin infection can follow. It's a good idea to see a physician for any lesion that doesn't heal after a few days.
