Why I think it's a spider bite

What happened
I noticed this on the back of my leg. No pain, no other symptoms, doesn't itch. I have no idea what happened. I don't know if it is a spider or insect bite. I was working in the yard. I live in southwest Oklahoma.
Advice
I am trying to determine if I need to seek medical advice.
