We love the service, system and support Automated Security Alert is giving us. We called to inquiry about the service and within 24 hours of the call we had one of Automated Security Alert service technicians in our home properly installing the system.
They made sure it worked with my phone service, trained me on how to use it and did a range test to see where I would be covered in and around my property.
I had a Phillips Lifeline before and they kept raising my rates and when I had issues with their system and my home phone service they did not fix them. This is why we started shopping for other service and are very grateful to be working with Automated Security Alert.
